Today the plumbing division plays a pivotal role both as an independent sector and as part of our package of services offered in support of the 'Decent Homes' programme.
SPI currently installs around 3500 new bathrooms and 2500 new kitchens per year.
Bathrooms
Our Bathrooms service operates within both domestic and commercial properties, including:
- Stripping out existing suites, associated wastes and pipework
- Installing new suites, flow wastes and pipework
- Tiling
- Wiring as required
- Redecoration
- Floor covering
Kitchens
Our Kitchens service is carried out to the same exacting standards and includes:
- Disconnecting and isolating old sink units for removal
- Installing first fix pipe for kitchen fitters
- Installing second fix pipework, connecting sink top and points for dishwasher/washing machine and gas cooker
- Wiring as required
- Installation of kitchen tiling
